- Issue a comprehensive UXO site induction to all relevant personnel.
- Monitor and supervise (from a UXO prospective) all excavations.
- Ensure Plant operative understand how to safely complete the task in hand.
- Check the area is safe before excavation commences and at regular intervals throughout the works
- Advice the client on all related UXO issues.
- Handling of any UXO situations that may arise on your behalf.
- Faster ordnance recognition to keep standing time from false identification to a minimum.
- Capable of both Standard and Chemical operations.

- Issue

QA/QC
Quality Assurance/Quality Control services
- Ensure
that your employees or sub-contractors are carrying out works according IMAS
standards (International Mine Awareness Standards).
- Ensure
all personnel are both correctly UXO qualified and trained on any equipment
they are using.
- Ensure
Health and Safety guidelines are correctly followed.
- Ensure
works are carried out in a timely manner.
- Review
and asses all relevant documentation in the training and qualifications of UXO
sub-contractors.
- Review
and evaluate Method statements and SOP’s.
- Carry
out third party testing/sampling to ensure area has been cleared to correct
standard.
Client
Liaison Specialists
- ·Liaise
between yourselves and 3rd party UXO company to co-ordinate
activities.
- Ensure
the best usage of resources available.
- Ensure
client is kept up to date and aware of any situations. ·
- A
named point of contact.
- Communicate
regularly with the 3rd party UXO specialist and their 1st tier
contractors.
